Functions to convert a genome coordinate between assemblies.

convert-coord

(convert-coord {:keys [chr pos]} chain)

Converts {:chr :pos} between different assemblies, returning a new
{:chr :pos}. The last argument, chain, must be a path to
srcToDest.over.chain(.gz) or chain index.
